1. General Information

– In order to submit your abstract, the author must have confirmed registration for the event and completed the payment.

– Each author can submit to up 2 posters;

– There is no limit to the number of authors per abstract;

– Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee;

– The final deadline for submission, editing, or deletion of abstracts is February 23, 2024, exclusively through the website www.sil2024.org                                                                                                                          

Abstract Format:

Abstracts for poster contributions to be written in English and not exceed 250 words. They may include words in italics and bold. The body of the text consists of a single paragraph and does not contain symbols, equation, figures, photos, or tables.

Poster Format

Poster presentations will be in English and should be presented in person during the Poster Session at the venue.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

1 – Dimensions

0.90m wide by 1.20m high

2 – Title

Should be the same as the submitted abstract

In uppercase letters

Below the title, the following should appear in this order: names of authors, presenter’s name (highlighted), department and institution name; city, and state.

3 – Poster Content

Use a font that allows readability from 2 meters away.

4 – Recommended Additional Materials:

Prepare a slightly more detailed summary than what is presented on the poster or even reduced copies of the poster to distribute to interested parties.

Provide copies of the names and addresses of the authors.
